For security purposes, we do not accept orders over the phone. To place an order, please follow these steps:

  4. During checkout, review or enter your shipping address and payment details.
  5. Complete the order by confirming the details and proceeding to checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order:

  • Click the "View Order Status" link in the email to go directly to the tracking page.
  • Alternatively, copy the tracking number from the email and visit the courier’s website (DHL or BRT Bartolini) for real-time updates.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees) and you will need to place a new order.

Order Cancellation
Customers can request to cancel their order within 60 minutes of placing their order. After this period, we will begin processing orders immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

Address Change
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service at Info@luminous-home.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.

Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order or your order has not arrived, please contact customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue, check tracking details, and work with the courier to locate your missing items. If your order cannot be located or an item is confirmed missing, we will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability. Your satisfaction is our priority, we aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
